A centralized facility where seasoned professionals monitor field activities and execute post orders to ensure seamless security operations.
We follow a strict five-step matrix: risk identification, protocol documentation, communication scheduling, response execution, and continuous training.
A proactive, five-stage escalation matrix: Verification, Escalation, Coordination, Monitoring, and Documentation.
Role-based access controls, a secure facility, and strict data minimization. We don’t hold a formal certification, but our practices are built around the same core principles as GDPR — nothing is hosted or repurposed outside your own systems.
We escalate immediately. If a guard doesn’t respond within five minutes, we contact your Field Supervisor directly by SMS and voice call, with a full incident log generated in your portal within fifteen minutes.
No. Your guard contacts local emergency services directly, every time. We coordinate the response, keep your Post Site POC and Operations Director informed, and maintain a live timeline until the site is stabilized. That keeps liability and jurisdiction exactly where they belong.
Short answer: it doesn’t take you down with it. Battery-backed terminals, a facility generator, and a backup internet connection mean a bad night for our power or our ISP never becomes a bad night for your checkpoints.
That’s your call. Most clients transfer graveyard dispatch fully to us during the pilot, then keep their team in a supervisory or audit role. Some prefer a permanent hybrid model. We build around whichever structure protects your operation best.
TrackTik, Silvertrac, and most major GPS and incident-tracking platforms already in use across the industry. You don’t migrate anything — we log into your systems, on your terms.
Yes. Our overhead doesn’t scale 1:1 with your guard count the way an in-house team’s does, so new sites and shifts don’t mean rebuilding your dispatch function from scratch.
In line with standard practice across the outsourcing industry, our post-pilot agreements run month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. No multi-year lock-in and no early-termination penalties — if the fit isn’t right, you can walk away with the same notice you gave us going in.
Every DAR is reviewed by a night-shift manager before it goes out checked for professional language, completeness, and protocol adherence with a strict 15-to-20-minute delivery window from end of shift.

We’re trained to detect a missed welfare check and escalate through your defined chain of command exactly on your timeline, not a generic one. Every dispatcher is trained against your specific protocol during onboarding, with a full incident log documenting every step.
Yes, when instructed and provided with the relevant police station’s contact information. Typically, the on-site guard contacts local emergency services directly while we coordinate the response, keep your Post Site POC and Operations Director informed, and maintain a live incident timeline until the site is stabilized. This keeps emergency response with the appropriate local authorities while ensuring your team remains informed and the response is properly coordinated.

No Migration. No New Platform
During the 14-day pilot, we train our team on the security management system you already use—your workflows, reporting, and procedures. No migration. No new software. No disruption.
Your system. Your rules. Our team.
Yes. Remote Video Monitoring is part of our standard service menu, live and recorded feed coverage alongside your dispatch, telemetry, and escalation. Add it whenever your site needs full visual coverage, using access credentials you control.
Yes. Remote Video Monitoring works as a standalone module or bundled with dispatch, telemetry, and escalation, whichever matches what your site actually needs. Basic monitoring and escalation costs less on its own; add live video coverage whenever you’re ready to scale up. This is a good fit for residential communities, resorts, and individual property owners who want eyes on their cameras without a full guard-dispatch package.

Who We Are: Serviqore BPO Solutions (“Serviqore,” “we,” “us”) operates serviqore.com. Contact: contact@serviqore.com. Registered address: Flat B7, Anha Palace, House 19, Road 8, Shekhertek, Adabor, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh.
What We Collect: From website visitors: name, email, company, and message content submitted through contact and pilot-request forms. From dispatch clients: operational data needed to perform the service (guard schedules, post orders, GPS/geo-fence data), accessed within your own systems and never extracted or stored on ours — see Nothing to Retain, above. We use website analytics and marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics and social media advertising pixels) to understand site traffic and measure campaign performance. A cookie-consent banner lets you manage these preferences before any non-essential cookie is set.
Why We Process It: Contract, to deliver the dispatch service you’ve engaged us for. Legitimate interest, to respond to inquiries and improve our service. Consent, for any optional marketing communication.
Data Retention: Operational data is never retained, for the reason stated above. Personal data collected through website forms is kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and pursue the relationship, then deleted, with a maximum retention period of 24 months of inactivity.
International Data Transfers: Serviqore’s operations are based in Bangladesh. Our dispatch clients are currently US-based, so this section is low-urgency today, but must be revisited before we sign any client whose personal data originates in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with its own transfer rules. [LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] before that happens, not after.
Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting contact@serviqore.com.
Security Measures: See the Security & Trust Layer section on our About page, above — that section is the current, confirmed statement of how we handle access, credentials, and data.
Changes to This Policy: We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
Services: Serviqore provides remote security guard dispatch services as described on serviqore.com, under a separately agreed service contract with each client.
No Guarantee of Outcome: Serviqore will perform the dispatch services according to the protocols and SLAs specified in your service contract. Following those protocols does not guarantee that no incident will occur at your site. Except as provided under Service Credits below, Serviqore’s total liability arising from the service is limited as set out in the Service Contract signed with each client, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality, which are not subject to any liability cap. Serviqore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Service Credits: If Serviqore fails to meet an agreed SLA metric due to Serviqore’s own fault, the client’s account is eligible for a service credit as defined in the applicable Service Contract. These credits are the client’s sole and exclusive remedy for an SLA miss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Client Dependencies: Serviqore’s SLA obligations depend on the client’s own systems and personnel performing as expected. No service credit is owed, and no SLA is considered missed, where the failure results from: (a) the client’s designated contact failing to respond to Serviqore’s escalation attempt within a reasonable time; (b) a guard failing to answer contact attempts made through client-provided communication channels; (c) an incident being reported to Serviqore in a way that does not follow the client’s own reporting protocol, preventing an accurate report; or (d) failure or unavailability of client-provided systems, equipment, or communication tools not caused by Serviqore.
Deployment Fee: Upon conversion from the 14-day pilot to a live service agreement, a one-time Deployment Fee applies, covering the dedicated workstations, monitors, headsets, and related equipment provisioned for your account. The exact amount and payment schedule are set out in your Service Contract. If service is cancelled before the fee is fully paid, any remaining balance becomes due immediately as part of your final invoice, issued during the 30-day notice period. This is separate from, and does not affect, the month-to-month, no-lock-in terms of the service itself.
Payment & Cancellation: Post-pilot agreements run month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. Payments can be made every two weeks or monthly. No multi-year lock-in, no early-termination penalties beyond the Deployment Fee acceleration described above.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than through court litigation.
